泛力克对白色念珠菌的抑制作用

摘　　要：将泛力克油剂用琼脂板孔中滴加法对白色念珠菌临床菌株行抑菌试验，用常用的抗真菌药物达克宁霜、克霉唑软膏、无极膏作对照。经统计学处理显示，泛力克对白色念珠菌有很强的抑菌作用，其抑菌效果明显高于达克宁霜、克霉唑软膏和无极膏（Ｐ＜０．０１）。While bead germs are the most common conditional diseasecausing germs of fungus , the most common strain that cause beadgerm vaginits. The high tech product Fanlike developed at this university is used to examine the prohibitory effect of the clinical strain of white bead germs by addition of drops through a porous plate of agar, and compared with clinically common anti fungus drugs such as topical use, kemeizuo ruangao and wujigao . A statistic study shows that Fanlike can produce a strong prohibitory effect on white bead germs. It is better than that of topical use, kemeizuo ruangao or wujigao .
