新美系杜洛克在保育期适宜营养水平的研究

摘　　要：试验采用四因素三水平的L9(34)正交试验设计,研究不同营养水平对新美系杜洛克在保育期生产性能及血液生化指标的影响,从而探索其适宜的营养水平。结果表明:(1)在试验条件下,能量水平对该阶段杜洛克的日增重和腹泻率有显著的影响(P<0.05);蛋白水平对其日增重有显著影响(P<0.05),对其采食量的影响达到极显著(P<0.01);钙磷水平对其生产性能的影响均未达到显著水平(P>0.05);(2)蛋白水平对白蛋白的影响达到极显著水平(P<0.01),对血清球蛋白没有显著的影响(P>0.05),但球蛋白随着蛋白水平的增加出现递增的趋势;能量、钙磷水平对血液生化指标的影响均未达到显著水平(P>0.05)。这表明,在保育阶段新美系杜洛克适宜的消化能为13.4 M J/kg,粗蛋白为18%,钙为0.8%,磷为0.7%。In order to study the nutritional requirements of new USA strain of Duroc pigs during nursery stage, our current experiment was conducted to examine the effect of different nutrient levels on growth performance and blood biochemical indices. The orthogonal 4 ＊ 3 factorial trial was used and 9 kinds of diets were designed. The results indicated that the level of the dietary energy has significant effects on the ADG and Diarrhea rate （ P〈0. 05 ） , the level of dietary crude proteins has significant effects on the ADG （ P〈0. 05 ） and ADFI （ P〈0. 01 ） ; but, the level of calcium and phosphorus has no significant effects on growth performance （ P〉0. 05 ）. In addition, the level of dietary crude protein has significant effects on the serum albumin （P〈0.01） but no significant effects on the serum globulin （P〉0.05） although the se- rum globulin has a tendency of increase. The level of dietary energy, calcium and phosphorus has no significant effects on blood biochemical indices （ P〉0. 05 ）. These results suggested that the requirement of dietary energy, crude protein, calcium and phosphorus for this new strain of Duroc was 13.4 MJ/kg, 18% , 0. 8% , and 0. 7% during nursery stage.
