智利矿业投资环境分析及项目操作壁垒研究

摘　　要：操作壁垒,是在现有的国际协调规则体系下,跨国直接投资具体操作过程中产生的障碍总和。这些障碍产生机制,主要是跨国经营投资国和目标国的官方或某些机构、组织和个人,在各类信息不对称环境下,对于有关信息的歪曲、误解与偏导等因素形成的。我国在矿业经济全球化方面已经起步,矿业跨国经营成为优化资源配置的有效途径。智利以其丰富的矿产资源和良好的投资环境,吸引着我国及全世界的资本。本文将对在智利进行矿业投资的准则、流程及操作壁垒进行分析,为我国国际直接投资提供参考信息,探索缓解矿业项目在信息不对称环境下造成的误导。The operational vallations refer to all the barriers in transnational investment under international harmony regulation system in existence.All that barriers,which are caused by distorted,misunderstood on information in asymmetric information environment,are given from governments,institutions,organizations or individuals between amphitryon country and objective country.China has already stepped into mining economic globalization,Mining transnational investment is proved to be an effective approach facing increasing imbalance between supply and demand of mineral resources in China.Chile with its abundant mineral resources and well investment environment attracts the capital all over the world.The paper will analyze the regulation,process,operational vallations of transnational investment in Chile,and aims to enhance the accuracy of reference information,and probe to relieve the misleading under asymmetry information.
