摘　　要：本文对企业"矿难"危机事件的特点进行分析,提出"矿难"处理中的程序设计,有针对性地对公众对象进行结构性分类,为企业在"矿难"危机处理中提供协调公众的建议对策。After analyzing the characteristics of crises caused by mine accidents of enterprises,this paper puts forward some program designing in handling mine accidents and makes a structural classification for the public correspondingly,thus providing suggestions and countermeasures for the enterprises in the course of reconciling the public in crisis public relation.
