摘  要:水力掏槽措施是国内外一项新的防突技术,该措施能够实现在严重突出煤层中安全、快速的掘进。通过工业试验证实,该措施能够有效地保证掘进中的施工安全,掏槽后能够快速消除突出危险,缩短掘进时间,提高突出地区煤巷掘进速度,并证实水力掏槽防突措施具有广泛的适应性、有效性和可靠的安全性。通过数据分析,对实施水力掏槽措施中,煤体的地应力、瓦斯内力、超前距等参数进行了深入的研究,分析了水力掏槽防突措施在严重突出煤层中掘进的安全性。Hydraulic cutting measure is a new outburst prevention technique at home and abroad.It can realize safe and rapid tunneling in severe outburst coal.Through industrial experiments,the measures is confirmed can ensure the construction safety in tunneling effectively,eliminate the outburst hazards rapidly after cutting,shorten the effective time of tunneling and improve the coal road tunneling speed of outburst area.It also be confirmed have abroad applicability,validity and reliable security.By the analysis of data,thorough research was made for the parameters such as ground stress,gas internal force and advance distance,and the security was analyzed of rapid tunneling in severe outburst coal.
