摘　　要：通过对国内外计算机编制动车运用计划研究应用状况的分析,介绍动车运用计划编制系统应达到的目标及设计原则,对系统的功能进行阐述,并且详细介绍系统实现中的技术关键问题,最后对动车组运用计划编制系统发展战略提出几点建议。It was discussed the objectives and design principles that EMU Operation Scheduling System should attain,detailed the function of the System.Moreover,the System modeling was established,branch and bound method for solving were used.Finally,it was detailed technical key issues for the System and made some suggestions for the System.On this basis,a corresponding Computer System had been developed by using C# language.
