摘  要:以草地早熟禾栽培种"午夜"为对照,通过测定高温胁迫下4个野生早熟禾属草种的几项生理指标,探讨了半致死温度、叶片细胞质膜透性、叶片脯氨酸含量以及叶片丙二醛含量等生理指标的变化特征。结果表明草地早熟禾、硬质早熟禾、细叶早熟禾、早熟禾和"午夜"的半致死温度分别为56.56℃、55.95℃、53.78℃、52.88℃和56.09℃;高温胁迫下,各草种随着胁迫程度和胁迫时间的增加,都表现为质膜透性增大,游离脯氨酸积累先增加后减少,丙二醛含量持续增长。4种草受高温胁迫时伤害的程度存在差异,耐热能力强弱依次为草地早熟禾、硬质早熟禾、早熟禾、细叶早熟禾。Taking the variety "mid-night" as the CK, Variation of several physiological indices including the lethal temperature, membrane permeability, proline accumulation and malondialdehyde of four grasses under high temperature stress was measured. The result showed that the lethal temperature of P. pratensis L., P. sphondy lodes Trin., P.annua L., P.angustifolia. L. and "midnight" was 56.56 ℃, 55.95℃, 52.88℃, 53.78℃ and 56.09℃ respectively; Cell membrane permeability and the content of malondialdehyde raised, proline accumulation were gradually increaset then decreased with the temperature grades going up. It was found that there existed some difference of heat resistance among the four grasses. The ranks of heat resistance of four grasses were P. pratensis L., P. sphondy lodes Trim, P. annua L. and P. angustifolia. L.
