应县小黑豆与大豆胞囊线虫3号生理小种的互作关系

摘　　要：对抗病品种应县小黑豆与大豆胞囊线虫3号生理小种(SCN3)互作及田间动态关系进行了研究。结果表明:应县小黑豆为抗扩展品种,对SCN3明显抑制J2向J3,J3向J4的发育,并且对SCN3的雌雄分化有一定影响。在抗病植株上观察到的J4大部分是雄虫,雌虫极少,而感病品种辽豆15上,SCN3各龄期之间发育正常,根内J4大部分为雌虫。应用冰冻切片技术对线虫侵染后抗感品种根系组织进行切片观察。观察结果表明:抗感品种的组织病理学反应有明显差异,抗病品种产生明显的组织病理学反应,表现为根内线虫虫体附近根组织细胞有坏死现象发生,而感病品种辽豆15则无坏死现象。并且观察到了抗病品种根内产生的合胞体。The reaction and population dynamics were studied between the resistant cuhivar Yingxian small black soybean and Heterodera glycines race 3（SCN3）. The results showed that Yingxian small black soybean was against the development of SCN3, especially J2 to J3 and J3 to J4; and the ratio of female-male was affected. Most of J4 found in resistant cultivar was male, the female was extremely little, but SCN3 was developed normally in the susceptible cuhivar Liaodoul5 and most of the J4 was female. Cryo-sectioning technique was used to observe the resistant cultivar and existed different resistant mechanisms to the SCN3. The susceptible cuhivar. The different soybean cultivars histopathological responses to the SCN3 showed that the adjacent necrosis and the lignifications to the bodies of juveniles was occurred in the roots of resistant cultivar Yingxian small black soybean, whereas, the necrosis was not found in the susceptible cultivar Liaodoul5. The syncytium was founded in the root of the resistant cuhivar.
