摘　　要：分析了馆员素养与读者服务的关系,指出人性化是搞好读者服务的核心,阐述了馆员必须具备的素质。This paper analyzes the relationship between the qualities of the librarians and the service for readers, points out that the humanization is the core of the service for readers, and expounds the qualities that the librarians must possess.
