摘　　要：针对语义网环境下,数字图书馆如何管理、注册以及控制以Web形式存在的电子信息资源问题,从图书馆管理的角度出发,研究探讨了基于本体语义控制的数字图书馆技术的发展和应用。In the light of the problem that how the digital library to manage, registe and control the electronic information resources existing in form of Web under the environment of semantic Web, and from the angle of the library＇ s management, researches and probes into the development and application of digital library technology based on the ontology semantic control.
