摘　　要：数字化、网络化档案馆是未来档案馆发展的必然选择,加强数字档案馆的建设是十分必要的。从数字档案馆的特点出发,提出了虚拟参考服务、主动推送服务和定题服务等的3种新型的服务方式。The digital and network archives is the inevitable choice of the development of the future archives, strengthening the construction of digital archives is very necessary. Starting from the features of digital archives, this paper puts forward three new service modes of the virtual reference service, active pushing service and selective dissemination of information （ SDI ）.
