摘　　要：病历系统结构复杂、专业性强的特点一直困扰着电子病历系统的研发工作者,若将专家系统方法应用到电子病历系统中,能很好地解决这一问题。在重点介绍解决该问题所采用的知识库、推理机的设计思想和实现方法的基础上,对系统所采用的体系结构和实现方法进行了描述。The anamnesis system has always troubled the R＆D engineers of the electronic anamnesis system because of the features of the anamnesis system such as the complecated structure, and strong speciality, etc. Applying the expert system method into the electronic anamnesis system can solve these problems well. Based on emphatically introducing the design thoughts and implement methods for the knowledge base and inference engine adopted for solving these problems, this paper describes the architecture and implement method adopted by this system.
