摘　　要：介绍了一种新型数控镜片加工设备,分析了镜片加工原理,并对其加工过程进行了仿真。对数控镜片切割机的总体设计方案作了说明的同时,着重对该设备工作台部分进行了分析。该设备设计思路新颖,它打破了传统的砂轮磨削镜片思维,以割代磨,加速了加工镜片设备的数字化,提高了企业市场竞争力。It introduced a new NC lens processing equipment.It analysis the principle of the lens processing： and simulate the process. It gave an explanation to the overall design programme of NC lens cutting machine： at the same time： focued on the table which were analyzed. The design of new equipment： had broken the traditional grinding wheel lens ,replaced the grinding by cutting： accelerated the processing of the lenses of digital equipment and improved the market competitiveness of enterprises.
