摘　　要：新的抗肿瘤抗生素云南霉素是云谷霉素（谷氏菌素）的水解产物，它具有很强的抗肿瘤活性及很弱的抗微生物活性。云谷霉素产生菌是从云南关坪土壤分离的一株放线菌２３２１菌株。按形态、培养、生理生化等特征及细胞壁化学组分，２３２１菌株非常近似小白链霉菌（ＳｔｒｅｐｔｏｍｙｃｅｓａｌｂｕｌｕｓＲｏｕｔｉｅｎｉｎＲａｏｅｔａｌ，１９５９）定名为小白链霉菌（Ｓｔｒｅｐｔｏｍｙｃｅｓａｌｂｕｌｕｓ）２３２１。Yunnanmycin, a new antitumor antibiotic, is a hydrolysate of yungumycin (gougerotin). It has remarkable antitumor activity, but the antimicrobial activity is very weak. The producer of Yungumycin strain 2321 was isolated from a soil sample collected in Guanping, Yunnan Province, China. Based on the investigation of morphological, cultural, physiological, and biochemical characteristics as well as the cell wall chemical composition, strain 2321 is extremely similar to Streptomyces albulus Routien in Rao et al., 1959 and named Streptomyces albulus 2321.
