摘　　要：牙买加国民商业银行成功经验说明,引进战略投资者或控股者改善公司治理结构有利于推动流程银行改造。中国地方性的中小银行及农信社观念更新慢,对世界银行业先进的管理方式与技术发展水平难以及时跟进,引进国内外大型银行、金融公司控股或参股,既能解决流程银行改造所需资金问题,也能促进中小银行业机构"移植"大型银行流程改造的先进经验,少走弯路,加速发展。National Commercial Bank Jamaica＇s successful experience shows that the introduction of strategic investors or equity holdings to improve corporate governance structure will help promote bank＇s business process reengineering. China small and medium-sized local banks and rural credit cooperatives update new concept slowly. It＇s difficult to follow up the world advanced management mode and technology development level for them. Through the introduction of domestic and foreign large banks, finance companies or equity holdings, we can solve the banks Problem of process reengineering funds required. Small and medium-sized banking institutions can transplant large banks advanced experience and speed up the development.
