冠心病患者血浆高半胱氨酸和血脂水平的关系

摘　　要：应用高效液相色谱仪、荧光检测仪测定40例冠心病（CHD）患者的血浆总高半胱氨酸（tHcy）水平，自动生化分析仪测定甘油三酯（TG）、总胆固醇（C）、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL－C）和高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（HDL－C）水平，并以40例正常人作对照，以探讨CHD患者血浆tHcy和血脂的关系。结果显示：CHD组血浆tHcy水平显著高于对照组（P＜0．001）；CHD组血浆tHcy水平男性显著高于女性（P＜0．05）；CHD组女性的TG、TC、LDL－C水平均显著高于男性（P＜0．01）；CHD组男、女和对照组男、女性的血浆tHcy水平与TG、TC、LDL－C和HDL－C水平均无显著相关性（P＞0．05）。Plasma total homocysteine(tHcy)levels of 40 cases with coronary heart disease(CHD) and 40 normal controls were measured using high-performance liquid chromatography with fluorescence detection and serum TG,TC,LDL-C,HDL-C levels examined by automatic biochemistry analyzer in order to investigate the relationship between the plasma tHcy levels and the serum lipid levels. The results showed that the mean plasma tHcy level was 11. 73±2.11μmol/L for male normal subjects, 10. 96±2. 41μmol/L for females iand was 18.86±8. 05μmol/L for male CHD patients, 17. 29±5.41μmol/L for females. Statistically,the mean plasma tHcy levels of CHD patients were significantly higher than that the normal subjects (P <0.001 ). The mean plasma tHcy levels of male CHD patients were significantly higher than that the female CHD palieats (P <0. 05 ). The mean serum TG, TC, LDL-Clevels of female CHD patients were obviously higher than that the male CHD palieats (P <0. 01 ). The results derived from the correlation analysis showed that no significant correlation was found between plasma tHcy levels and serum TG,TC, LDL-C,HDL-C levels among normal subjects and CHD patients (P>0.05 ).
