摘　　要：聚丙烯(PP)树脂具有原料来源丰富、质量轻、性价比高、耐热性好、耐化学腐蚀性、易于回收等特点,是世界上应用最广、产量增长最快的树脂之一。PP发泡材料是国外80年代中期开发的一种性能优越,用以取代传统泡沫材料的新型泡沫材料。本文介绍了发泡PP的性能、发泡工艺、发泡技术以及国内外的发展现状。The Polypropylene （PP） is one of the most generally used resins in the world. And it＇s also one of the resins that the yields increase the fastest. Because the PP resin has so many excellent characteristics such as abundant resource, low density, high performance price ratio, heat-resistant corrupt-proof and easy recycle. Furthermore, the PP foam is becoming the focus in plastics foam field for its particular and excellent performance. In this article,performance, foaming process, foaming technology, development situation at home and abroad of polypropylene foam are introduced.
