关节镜结合康复疗法治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨关节镜结合康复疗法治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的疗效和安全性。方法对2004年5月～2008年3月收治的27例早中期膝关节骨性关节炎患者在膝关节镜下进行关节清理手术治疗,术后结合玻璃酸钠关节腔内注入、推拿、中频脉冲电疗及CPM下肢关节活动器等康复治疗,并对其中22例患者进行了随访,随访时间0.5～2.5年,平均随访时间1.5年。结果22例随访患者中痊愈11例、显效7例、有效3例、无效1例,总体优良率达81.7%。结论早中期膝关节骨性关节炎应用膝关节镜手术治疗,术后再结合相关的康复治疗措施,是治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的有效方法。Objective To assess the efficacy and safety of arthroscopic debridement and rehabilitation therapy for osteoarthritis of the knee joint. Methods This study included 27 patients with early or metaphase osteoarthritis of the knee joint. These patients were treated by invasire debridement under arthroscope,rehabilitation therapy and other techniques. 22 patients were followed and the average time was 1.5 years （from 0.5 to 2.5 years）. Results In the 22 follow-up patients, 11 cases were cured,7 cases were markedly effective,3 cases improved and 1 cases were not cured. The availability ratio of these patients was 81.7%. Conclusion The arthroscopic debridement combining rehabilitation therapy is an effective way for the patients with early or metaphase osteoarthritis of the knee joint.
