摘　　要：目的探讨胆囊疾病患者腹腔镜胆囊切除术围手术期的护理方法。方法对62例行腹腔镜胆囊切除术的胆囊疾病患者进行分析,其中31例患者(治疗组)治疗前后伴随着合理的临床护理,31例患者只采用单纯的临床治疗(对照组)。结果治疗组经过合理的护理及健康指导,临床疗效好,并发症少。结论患者在行腹腔镜胆囊切除术期间采用合理的护理,可保证手术的疗效。Objective To explore the nursing methods of patients underwent peritoneoscopic cholecystectomy in nursing case. Methods 62 cases with peritoneoscopic cholccystectomy were equally divided into two groups, the control group （31 cases） only treated with the traditional methods,and the treatment group（ 31 cases） treated with adding the nursing procedures. Results Nursing for patients of treatment group was effective and safe. Conclusion So long as the patients were nursed and carried completely and carefully, they can tolerate peritoneoscopic cholecystectomy safely.
