摘 要:目的探讨比例法与绝对浓度法测试结核分枝杆菌药物敏感性结果的一致性。方法用绝对浓度法和比例法同时对2946株结核分枝杆菌进行4种抗结核药物(RFP、EMB、SM、INH)的耐药性测定。结果RFP、EMB、SM、INH用绝对浓度法与比例法药敏测试结果一致率分别为:97.8%、96.7%、94.3%、92.3%。经统计学检验,两种方法测试2 946株菌株4种药物敏感性结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论绝对浓度法与比例法进行结核分枝杆菌测定总的一致率较高,但差别有统计学意义,在进行耐药性评价时应考虑药敏方法是否一致。Objective To compare the results of drug susceptibility tests (DST) of Mycobacterum tuberculosis (MTB) using the proportion method and the absolute concentration method. Methods We adopted the absolute concentration method and the proportion method to detect the susceptibility to four anti-tuberculosis drugs (RFP, EMB, SM, INH) of 2 946 MTB strains in the same time. Results The accordance of the results of four drug susceptibility tests between the 0 proportion method and the absolute concentration method was 97.8%, 96.7%, 94. 3%, 92.3%, respectively, and there were significant difference between the results of two methods(P〈0. 05). Conclusions There was a high general accordance between the proportion method and the absolute concentration method for the DST of MTB. But the statistic difference should be paid attention.
