摘  要:目的:探讨缺铁性贫血(IDA)和巨幼细胞贫血(MA)患者红细胞免疫功能的变化及其临床意义。方法:采用红细胞酵母菌花环试验检测了26例IDA和14例MA患者红细胞免疫功能。结果:红细胞C3b受体花环率(RCR)及红细胞促中性粒细胞吞噬率(ERPM)显著下降,红细胞免疫复合物花环率(RICR)、红细胞C3b受体花环抑制率(RFIR)及红细胞C3b受体花环增强率(RFER)无明显改变,铁剂、叶酸及维生素B12治疗2~3个月后,RCR和ERPN恢复正常。结论:IDA和MA患者存在可逆性的红细胞免疫功能损害。Objective: To explore the changes of erythrocytic immune function in patients with iron deficiency anemia (IDA) or megaloblastic anemia (MA) and its clinical significance. Methods: The erythrocytic immune function in 26 patients with IDA and 14 with MA was observed with erythrocytic yeast rosette test. Results: The red cell C3b rosette rate (RCR) and enhancing rosette rate of phygocytosis of red cells on neutrophils (ERPN) were significantly decreased while no significant changes were found in the red cell immune complex rosette rate (RICR), red cell C3b receptor flower inhibiting rate (RFIR). RCR and ERPN were restored to normal 2~3 months after the treatment with iron preparation, folate and vitamin B12. Conclusion: There are reversible damages of the erythrocytic immune function in patients with IDA or MA.
