摘　　要：目的观察针灸治疗青春期功能失调性子宫出血的临床疗效。方法将117例患者按随机分成治疗组87例,对照组30例;治疗组采用针灸治疗,对照组用西药治疗。治疗结束后,观察临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率97.7%,对照组86.7%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组明显优于对照组。结论针灸治疗青春期功血总有效率优于对照组。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of acupuncture and moxibustion in treating adolescent functional metrorrhagia. Methods One hundred and seventeen patients with adolescent functional metrorrhagia were randomly allocated to an acupuncture-moxibustion treatment group （treatment group） of 87 cases and a Western drug treatment group （control group） of 30 cases. The treatment group received acupuncture and moxibustion and the control group took Western drugs. The clinical therapeutic effects were evaluated at the end of treatment. Results The total efficacy rate was 97.7% in the treatment group and 86.7% in the control group; there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups （P〈0.05）. The effect was significantly better in the treatment group than in the control group. Conclusion The total efficacy rate of acupuncture and moxibustion for treatment of adolescent functional metrorrhagia is higher than that in the control group.
