穴位埋线治疗急性面神经麻痹临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察穴位埋线和针刺治疗面神经麻痹的疗效差异及治疗时间差别。方法采用完全随机抽样法将120例患者分为穴位埋线组(A组)和针刺治疗组(B组)各60例。对两组临床疗效及治疗时间(次数)进行评定。结果A组痊愈37例(61.7%),显效19(31.6%),有效4例(6.7%),总有效率100.0%(其中愈显率93.3%);B组痊愈35例(58.3%),显效19(31.7%),有效6例(10.0%),总有效率100.0%(其中愈显率90.0%)。A组、B组疗效比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但两组治疗时间有明显差别(P<0.01)。结论采用穴位埋线和针刺治疗本病疗效无差异,但穴位埋线治疗本病方便简洁,次数少,减少了患者治疗时间、针刺时的痛苦和医疗费用。Objective To investigate the differences in therapeutic effect and therapeutic period between catgut embedding at acupoints and acupuncture for treatment of facial paralysis. Methods A completely random sampling method was used to allocate 120 patients to an acupoint catgut embedding group （group A） and an acupuncture treatment group （group B）, 60 cases each. The therapeutic effects and sessions/periods were evaluated in the two groups. Results Of group A, cure occurred in 37 cases （61.7%）, marked effectiveness in 19 cases （31.6%）, effectiveness in 4 cases （6.7%）, with a total efficacy rate of 100.0% （the cure and marked efficacy rate was 93.3%）. Of group B, cure occurred in 35 cases （58.3%）, marked effectiveness in 19 cases （31.7%）, effectiveness in 6 cases （10.0%） , with a total efficacy rate of 100.0% （the cure and marked efficacy rate was 90.0%）. There was no statistically significant difference in therapeutic effect （P〉0.05） but a significant difference in therapeutic period （P〈0.01） between the two groups. ConcLusion Catgut embedding at acupoints and acupuncture have no difference in therapeutic effect on acute facial paralysis, but the treatment of this disease by catgut embedding at acupoints is convenient and simple, needs fewer sessions of treatment and reduces the patients＇ therapeutic period, pain during acupuncture and medical care expenses.
