肿节风挥发油的气相色谱──质谱分析

摘　　要：用气相色谱一质谱联用法分析了肿节风挥发油的化学成分，鉴定了其中38个化合物，占挥发油色谱峰总面积的72％，主要成分为榄香烯（14．41％），1-对-烯-8-乙酸酯（13．71％），雅槛蓝烯（8．55％）及β-罗勒烯-X（6．88％）。The chemical constituents of essential oil from Sarcandra Glabra(Thun b. ) Nakai wereanalyzed by GC-MS combination method. 38 components were identified. The identifiedconstituents represented 72% of the total GC peak areas of the essential oil. The major components are elemene (14. 41 % ), 1 - p - menthen - 8 - YL acetate (13. 71 % ), eremophilene(18. 55%), β-ocimene-X(6. 88%), etc.
