摘 要:通过典型金属陶瓷刀具切削加工淬硬钢薄壁件及其磨损的实验研究,在分析金属陶瓷刀具的磨损和断屑机制基础上,综合运用田口方法,主成分分析方法和表面响应法,以切削参数为优化对象,以切削力,切削功率,零件表面粗糙度以及材料去除率等参数为优化目标,获取最优的切削参数。用主成分分析法将多质量特性问题转化为单一质量特性并建立质量特征模型;再用田口法或表面响应法等优化方法进行加工工艺的实验分析,而求得最优的加工参数范围,达到降低生产成本和提高效率的目的。In this paper, the experiments about turning thin-waUed hardened steel workpieces with several types classicalcermets tool and wear of tools are researched. The wear mechanisms of cermets tools and chip breaker mechanisms are analyzed. A new integrated optimization method is proposed, in which the parameter design of the Taguchi method, principal component analysis (PCA) method and response surface method (RSM) are applied. The optimal cutting parameters are obtained by the optimization method,and the optimum objective are cutting force,cutting power, surface roughness and material removal rate. The optimization method is applied to transform several quality characteristics into singl quality characteristic.The model of quality characteristic has been built. At last, the RSM is used to obtain the desired machining parameters. The quality of workpieces and the process efficiency are improved obviously.
