摘 要:为加工某型大型风力发电机轮毂,设计了一种新型的数控镗铣床主轴系统。该主轴系统采用了同轴双套主轴结构及无源环形油缸设计。同轴双套主轴由内、外两根空心主轴嵌套而成。内外两根主轴均为独立驱动,通过分别控制两个主轴的转速,可实现两主轴相互独立或相互关联的运动。因采用伺服电机驱动外套主轴,使外套主轴具有C轴功能。环形油缸的作用是把专用切削单元的壳体固定于外套主轴上,它在工作时是无源的。该设计在满足工件加工要求的同时,提高了生产率,降低了机床设备的投入成本。In order to machining a large rotor hub of a type of aerogenerator, we designed a new-style spindle system of NC boring-milling machine. The design adopted coaxial twin spindles configuration and passive annular-cylinder. The coaxial twin spindles is composed of two hollow spindles which the big one hold the small one. Each of the spindles are drived independently. And to control the rotation rate of two spindles, we can realize the movements of two spindles is interrelated or disrelated. Inasmuch as the outside spindle is drived by servomotor, it has the C-axis function. The function of annular-cylinder is fixes the shell of special cutting unit on the outside spindle. And it is passive when working. The design not only satisfy the requirements of to machining the large rotor hub, but also improve the efficacy and reduce the cost of equipment.
