摘  要:文章介绍了基于FANUC 0iT数控系统对刀具刀尖圆弧半径补偿与刀具磨耗补偿的方法。阐述了刀尖圆弧半径对加工精度的影响,介绍了车床前置刀架和后置刀架中车刀的刀沿位置点,并给出实例说明刀尖圆弧半径补偿和刀具磨耗补偿在数控编程中的处理方法。文章介绍的方法可直接应用于FANUC0iT系统控制的车床,对其它数控车床刀尖圆弧半径补偿与刀具磨耗补偿也有很高的实际应用价值。The methods of tool nose round (comer) radius compensation and tool wear compensation based on FANUC OiT NC system are presented in this paper. The influence of tool nose corner radius on machining precision is illustrated, the position of turning tool edge both on front tool carriage and rear tool carriage is introduced and the processing method of tool nose round radius compensation and tool wear compensation is demonstrated by examples in the NC programming. The methods introduced in this paper can be applied directly in FANUC OiT system and are available in other tool nose round radius compensation and tool wear compensation applications.
