摘　　要：为了提高期刊编辑对科技论文的初审质量,基于组合检索模式的网络信息检索法和融入阅读技巧及内容呼应对照的审读法,提出一种新的融合的交叉初审方法,并给出了有利于提高编辑初审工作质量的6条措施。For the purpose of enhancing the quality of the editors＇ initial evaluation on scientific papers, a new method of evaluation with fusing and crossing technology is put forward. This method is based on the network retrieval method that employing the combined retrieval model and as well based on the review method that combining both the reading skills and the related content comparison. Six measures are given for increasing the work efficiency and quality of manuscripts＇ initial evaluation.
