普乐林注射液治疗糖尿病性周围神经病变31例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的：观察普乐林注射液在糖尿病性周围神经病变中的治疗作用。方法：以普乐林注射液治疗３１例糖尿病性周围病变患者，与２８例糖尿病性周围神经病变患者静滴生理盐水为对照进行疗效对比观察。结果：总有效率普乐林组为９０．３％，对照组为２１．４％（Ｐ＜０．００１），普乐林组治疗前后空腹血糖（ＦＢＧ）、胆固醇（Ｃｈ）、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（ＨＤＬ－Ｃｈ）差异无显著性（Ｐ＞０．０５），而甘油三酯、ＬＤＬ－Ｃｈ、血粘度差异均有显著性（Ｐ＜０．０５，Ｐ＜０．０５，Ｐ＜０．０１），且能提高神经传导速度，对照组无上述变化。结论：普乐林在治疗糖尿病性周围神经病变时主要通过扩张血管、改善微循环及降低血粘度等机制。Objective:To observe the therapeutic action of Puerarin injection on diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods:31 cases of diabetic peripheral neuropathy were treated with daily intravenous drip of Puerarin diluted in 500mL normal saline for 14 days and 28 cases were treated with only daily intravenous drip of 500mL normal saline as control.Results:The total efficiency was significantly higher in Puerarin group than that in control group (90.3% vs 21.4% P <0.001).Compared with pretreatment there were no statistically differences in FBG,CH,and HDL Ch.but after Puerarin injection there were significantly differences in TG,LDL Ch and blood viscosity( P <0.05, P <0.05, P <0.01).Increased conductive velocity of the nerves could be found in Puerarin treatment group,not in control group.Conclusion:It is suggested that mechanisms of Puerarin in treating diabetic peripheral neuropathy are to dilate vessels,improve micro circulation and reduce blood viscosity,thus promoting the recovery of the conductive function of the nerve.
