摘　　要：经过调查分析,介绍了芯片并联对IGBT模块性能参数的影响,重点介绍了续流二极管正向压降对并联模块电流分布的影响。通过应用统计方法,可以定义更切合实际的降额因子。The article, after investigation and analysis, introduces the influence of of IGBT module, and lays emphasis on the influence of FWD （fly-wheel diode） chip parallel towards forward voltage drop module current. By applying statistics means, more practical derating factor can be defined .
