摘　　要：本文在对植物品种权保护内涵界定和国际植物品种权保护模式比较的基础上,分析我国植物品种权保护制度的变迁和运行现状,揭示我国植物品种权保护存在的问题,并提出相应完善植物品种权保护制度的政策建议。Based on the definition of related concept of plant variety right and international comparison of plant variety right,this paper analyzes evolvement and operation status of protection system of Chinese plant variety rights,and points out the problems in the protection of plant variety right,and proposes corresponding suggestion.
