摘　　要：酶联免疫吸附测定（ＥＬＩＳＡ）是检测Ｔ－２毒素的简便、灵敏、快速、特异、便宜的方法。按照ＣｈｕＦＳ的方法，将Ｔ－２毒素与琥珀酸酐（ＨＳ）连接，再以碳二亚胺（ＥＤＰＣ）催化与蛋白质结合，获得Ｔ－２毒素抗原。通过薄层层析法和酶联免疫法鉴定。nzymelinked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) is a specific,sensitive,inexpensive,fast,simple and convenient analysis method for T2 toxin in grain,such as corn and wheat.T2 toxin was first converted to T2 hemisuccinate (T2 HS) and then conjugated with bovine serum albumin (BSA) in the presence of watersoluble carbodiimide (EDPC) according to Chu's method.Results of thin layer chromatography (TLC) and ELISA proved that T2 toxin had been conjugated to protein.The results showed that preparation of T2 toxin antigen was successful.
