摘　　要：研究了在中性条件下，痕量硒（Ⅳ）对甲酚兰与硫化钠生成无色化合物的反应具有催化作用，建立了一种催化动力学光度法测定痕量硒（Ⅳ）的方法。方法的线性范围为０～２．５μｇ／１０ｍｌ，灵敏度为６．４×１０－５μｇ．ｍｌ－１，用于水和人发中硒（Ⅳ）的测定。new catalytic kinetic spectrophotometry method for the determination of trace Se(Ⅳ) has been developed.The method is based on the catalytic effect of Se(Ⅳ) on the oxidation of cresol blue and sodium sulphide forming a colourless product.The sensitivity and linear range are 6.4×10-5μg.ml-1and 0￣25μg/10ml respectively.It has been applied to the determination of Se(Ⅳ) in water and human hair with satisfactory results.
