医院环氧乙烷气体灭菌包保存期限的研究

摘　　要：目的观察环氧乙烷气体灭菌及保存环境对无菌包保存期限的影响。方法将960个无菌包，根据其大小、性质、轻重分别用不同规格的纸塑胶袋包装密封用环氧乙烷气体灭菌，出炉后立即送栓128个包做细菌培养，其余832个包随机分为四组每组208个，分别存放于供应室无菌间物品存放架及病区一楼、二楼、四楼的专用无菌物品存放柜保存2年，于灭菌后第3、6、9、12、15、18、21、24个月每组每次随机抽取26个包送细菌培养；同时观察记录各组室内温度、相对湿度变化。结果不同保存区域、不同温湿度（21．31～25．28℃；58．88％～69．83％）、不同时段送检的692个无菌包（因丢失、外包装损坏的140个视为无效包，不计算在内）均无细菌生长。结论医院环氧乙烷气体灭菌包在不同保存区域、不同温湿度的条件下可无菌保存2年。Objective To explore the expiration date of packages sterilized by ethylene oxide and the impact of environment. Methods Totally, 960 sterile packages were enrolled in this study, 128 of them were sent for bacteria culture at the beginning of the study; the left overs were divided into 4 groups equally, and kept in center for disinfection and sterilization, the 1st, 2nd, 4th floor of wards respectively for 2 years. Each time 26 packages were randomly chosen from each group after 3, 6, 9, 12, 15, 18, 21 and 24 months for bacteria culture, and the temperature and humidity of the environment were recorded at the same time. Results All the packages except 140 lost or damaged had no bacteria growth though stored in different areas and with different temperature and hu- midity（21.31-25.28 ℃ ;58.88M-69. 83%）. Conclusion The expiration date of packages sterilized by ethylene oxide is at least 2 years after sterilization.
