摘　　要：根据1990年3月我国卫生部、国家计划委员会、农业部、国家环境保护局、全国爱卫会联合下发的《我国农村实现“2000年人人享有卫生保健”的规划目标》及广东省人民政府1990年6月8日下发的《广东省农村2000年人人享有卫生保健发展规划的通知》,按照卫生部1993年12月修订的《中国农村实现“2000年人人享有卫生保健”普及阶段目标审评记录》的要求,严格掌握标准,按照科学、严谨、公正、可信、有效的原则,于1994年、1995年。During the spreading period of 'health for all by the year 2000' program,there were 66 counties to be evaluated by the provincial team and the results indicated that in Guangdong province, because of the differences in economics, education, geography and the local government's financial supports, the progress and the scores were various in counties. It was found that the more cost, the more effective. The plain and lake areas were much better than the mountain areas especially the poorest mountain areas. The paper here suggested to spend more money to primary health care, especially in the mountain areas; to find a way to progressively conduct cooperative medical and health services; to reconstruct the toilets; to carry out maternal and children care and manage the health stations in the countryside.
