摘  要:优质高效低耗医院管理模式的形成,是贫困地区的贫困医院在夹缝中求生存谋发展,结合本地、本院实际闯出的一条生存之路;优质高效低耗理论的涵义即是以主动满足病人与社会的需求为最高的原则和最终的目标,把社会效益放在首位,充分体现医院为人民健康服务的宗旨,经济效益寓于社会效益之中的办医方向,实现最高的效能、最高的效率与最高的效益相统一。优质高效低耗管理模式的实施,给医院带来很大的社会效益和经济效益。For insufficiently resourced hospitals, like the People' s Hospital of Qingyuan City , to achieve targets of good quality, high efficiency and low cost,a number of practices and experiences are important,including:select development projects in the order of priority, based on the actual local and hospital' s conditions; assess and improve the cost-effectiveness, efficiency, and benefits of resource usage,with a greater scope of understanding that the economic benefits exist in the social benefits;actively and rationally meet the clients' medical service and health care demands through client-centered service process; improve management and expertise cultivation for ensuring that the staff and professionals conform to regulations, procedures, and standards in their work.
