摘  要:目的观察枳椇子乙酸乙酯提取物对小鼠耐缺氧及糖原含量的影响。方法昆明小鼠随机分为5组,分别为空白对照组、诺迪康胶囊阳性组及枳椇子乙酸乙酯提取物高、中、低(60、30、15mg.kg-1)3个剂量组,连续给药数天后作相关指标检测。结果枳椇子乙酸乙酯提取物能显著延长小鼠缺氧状态存活时间并且增加糖原含量.结论枳椇子乙酯提取物具有良好的耐缺氧作用,并且能够增加机体糖原含量。Aim To investigate the effect of Hovenia dulcis Thunb ethyl acetate extracts on the action of anti-hypoxia and increase of glycogen storage. Methods KM mice were randomly divided into five groups: control group, positive control group (Rhodiala), the low, middle and high dosage groups (60,30,15mg·kg^-1). Days later, a corresponding test was conducted. Results Hovenia dulcis Thunb ethyl acetate extracts could prolong the survival time of mice in hypoxia and increase the storage of glycogen. Conclusion Hovenia dulcis Thunb ethyl acetate extracts are effective for anti-hypoxia and glycogen storage.
