开放联合输尿管镜治疗多囊肾合并肾结石11例体会

摘　　要：目的探讨开放联合输尿管镜治疗多囊肾合并肾结石的临床疗效。方法对我院7年来收治的11例多囊肾合并肾结石均采用该术式,观察术中情况,术后恢复及结石清除情况。结果11例患者采用该术式,平均手术时间1.5小时,术后无一例伤口感染,1例患者出现残石,后经药物排石。结论开放联合输尿管镜治疗多囊肾合并肾结石具有操作简单安全,缩短手术时间,结石清除率高(91%)等特点,具有临床应用价值。Objective To clarify the effectiveness of open surgery combined with ureteroscopic lithotripsy in treating pohcystic kindney comparried with renal calculi. Methods ：the clinical materials of 11 cases were reviewed.duing a period of 7 years（Incluling the date of intraoperatiow. relivery after operation.and the residual stong）.Result：the operatiow was successful in all cases,the awerage operation time is 1.5 hours with no incisional infection.1 case had residual stone,which was by drugs.conclusion：In treating poycystic bidney eompamied with renal calculi.the open surgery combined with ureteroscopic lithotripsy has.the advantages of easy, safe.effective（the stone-free rate is 91%）.and the operative time also is short.
