摘　　要：目的:建立HPLC法测定山合欢皮中(-)-丁香树脂酚-4-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(SG)的含量,并比较不同产地山合欢皮中SG的含量。方法:色谱柱Kromasil C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水(34∶66),流速1.0mL·min-1,检测波长210nm,柱温30℃。结果:SG在0.02～0.5μg范围内,r=0.9997(n=5);平均加样回收率为99.8%,RSD为1.7%,n=6。结论:本方法简便易行,准确可靠;不同产地药材中SG的含量差异明显。Objective：To establish an HPLC method for the determination of the content of （-）-syringaresinol-4-O-β-D-glucosidase（SG）in Albizzia kalkora（Roxb.） Prain,and compare of the content of SG in Albizzia kalkora（Roxb.） Prain from different sources.Method：Kromasil C18（250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm）was odopted with the mobile phase consisting of methanol-water（34∶66）at the flow rate of 1.0 mL·min^-1 ,column temperature was 30 ℃,detection wavelength was setal 210 nm.Results：The standard curve for SG was linear in the range of 0.02-0.5 μg;the average recovery was 99.8%,RSD was 1.7%（n=6）.Conclusion：The method is simple,accurate.The difference of the content of SG is significant in Albizzia kalkora（Roxb.） Prain from different source.
