小切口腋臭切除术疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨小切口腋臭切除术的临床效果。方法对2005年1月至2008年12月收治的78例腋臭患者采用小切口腋臭切除术,观察临床效果。结果78例均治愈,随访6个月～1年,无复发,腋下无明显瘢痕。结论小切口腋臭切除术临床应用效果良好,操作简单,切口隐蔽,不遗留明显瘢痕,是一种理想的腋臭手术方式。Objective To investigate clinical efficiency of small cut underarm odour resection. Methods： To observe clinical efficiency of 78 underarm odour patients undergoing small cut underarm odour resection from Jan 2005 to Dec 2008.Result：78 patients were all cured and a followingup lasted for 6 months to one year without recurrence or evident scars.Conclusion： The clinical efficiency of small cut underarm odour resection is effective and simple to operate. It is an ideal underarm odour surgery without evident scars.
