摘　　要：目的:对槐定碱中主要微量杂质分离和鉴定。方法:采用柱层析法从槐定碱粗品中分离得到未知杂质,通过HPLC、IR、单晶X-射线衍射法分析鉴定其结构。结果:确证未知杂质为一对差向异构体,即槐定醇碱和异槐定醇碱,以1∶1比例形成共晶化合物。结论:槐定醇碱和异槐定醇碱的结构为首次报道。Objection：To separate and identify the primary impurities in sophoridine.Methods：Using column chromatography method to separate the unknown impurities from the crude sophoridine,then analysing and identifing its structure through HPLC,IR,SXRD.Results：The unknown impurities were identified to be a pair of epimerides,with 1∶1 as the eutectic crystal form.Conclusion：The structure of sophoridinol and isosophoridinol is reported for the first time.
