摘　　要：目的:建立HPLC法测定十五味龙胆花丸中甘草酸的含量。方法:采用SHISEIDO CAPCELL PAK C18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm);柱温25℃,乙腈-2%醋酸(体积比35∶65)为流动相,流速0.8mL·min-1,检测波长为250nm。结果:该方法线性范围为232～696μg(r=0.9998),平均加样回收率为99.8%(n=9)。结论:本方法准确、简便、灵敏、可靠,可用于该制剂的质量控制。Objective：To develop an HPLC method for determination of the content of glycyrrhizic acid in Shiwuwei Longdanhua pills.Methods：SHISEIDO CAPCELL PAK C18 column （250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm）was adopted,the mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-water containing 0.2% acetic acid（21∶79）,at a flow of 0.8 mL·min^-1,the detection wavelength was 250 nm and the column temperature was at 25 ℃.Results：The calibration curve of glycyrrhizic acid was linear（r=0.9998） in the range of 232-696 μg and the average recovery was 99.8%（n=9）.Conclusion：This method is accurate,simple,sensitive and reliable and it can be used for the quality control of Shiwuwei Longdanhua pills.
