摘　　要：目的研究复方氯霉素醇溶液中氯霉素含量的HPLC测定法。方法色谱柱:ZORBAX 80AExtend-C18,紫外检测器波长:278nm,流速:1mL.min-1。流动相组成:0.1%庚烷磺酸钠溶液(取0.1%的庚烷磺酸钠500mL与二甲基甲酰胺5mL、冰醋酸0.5mL,混匀)-乙腈(75∶25)。结果氯霉素浓度在9.96～99.64μg.mL-1范围内与峰面积具有良好的线性关系(r=0.99989),平均回收率为100.85%(RSD=0.50%)。结论本方法测定氯霉素具有简便、准确的特点。Objective To establish a method for determination of chloramphenicol in Compound Chloramphenicol Alcoholic Solution by HPLC. Methods ZORBAX 80A Extend-C18 was used by HPLC, the detector wavelength was 278nm, the flow rate was 1mL· min^-1, the mobile phase was 0. 1% sodium heptane sulfonate solution （taking 0. 1% sodium heptane sulfonate solution 500mL, dimethylformamide 5mL and glacial acetic acid 0.5mL to mix）-acetonitril （75 ： 25）. Results The liner ranges of chloramphenicol was at 9.96-99.64μg · mL^-1, The recovery rate was 100.85%. Conclusions This method is simple and accurate in the determination of chloramphenicol.
