摘 要:高强高韧性轻集料混凝土具有轻质高强、高韧性、抗渗性佳、隔热保温等显著优点,适宜作钢箱梁桥桥面铺装材料。针对高强高韧性轻集料混凝土的这些特点,研究了纤维和聚合物掺量对轻集料混凝土工作性能、抗压强度、抗折强度、弯曲韧性的影响规律,成功配制出干表观密度小、抗压强度等级达到C50、抗折强度大于8.0 MPa、韧性指数3η0大于28的钢箱梁桥面铺装材料高强高韧性轻集料混凝土。High strength and high toughness lightweight aggregate concretes with lightweight, high- strength, high toughness, good impermeability, good heat insulation, and other significant advantages are suitable surfacing materials for steel box girder bridge pavement. Aiming at achieving the characteristics such as high strength and high toughness of the lightweight aggregate concrete, the influence of the adding amount of fibers and polymers into the lightweight aggregate concrete on its work performance, compressive strength, bending strength and bending toughness are studied. High strength and high toughness lightweight aggregate concrete for steel box girder bridge pavement is successfully prepared with small apparent density, compressive strength of C50, bending strength greater than 8.0 MPa, as well as toughness η30 index greater than 28.
