摘 要:探讨现行两种细集料棱角性试验方法不易操作之处,并提出改进试验方法来考察机制砂、石屑、天然砂等3种细集料的棱角性差异,发现机制砂和石屑的棱角性相近,都优于天然砂。推荐用改进流动时间法测定细集料棱角性。开展标准击实下和旋转压实下3种细集料的SMA-13和AC-13的常温静态三轴试验,发现细集料棱角性和混合料抗剪切能力存在正相关关系,验证了改进试验方法的有效性。Difficulties in operating two current Fine Aggregate Angularity tests, i.e. Uncompacted Void Content Test of Fine Aggregate and Sand Flow Test in Test Methods of Aggregate are presented. And modified ones are proposed to compare difference of fine aggregate angularity (FAA) of three different fine aggregates, including crushed sand, chip's and natural sand. Results indicate that crushed sand's FAA is similar to chip's and both of them are better than natural sand's. The modified Sand Flow is recommended to measure FAA. Under normal temperature the static Triaxial Shear Strength Tests are carried out for three kinds of SMA-13 and AC-13 respectively which are different from fine aggregate composition. These kinds of mixture are made by standardized compaction or gyrating compaction. It concludes that there is a direct correlation between FAA and mixture's anti-shear ability, which indicates the validity of modified tests.
