沥青稳定碎石基层旋转压实成型参数的试验研究

摘　　要：SHRP试验设备中的旋转压实成型机(SGC)在我国应用于沥青面层的研究已日渐广泛,技术也日益成熟,但当应用于沥青稳定基层材料时有着很大的不同。在改变SGC的压力值、旋转压实次数等压实参数,以及不同沥青用量的情况下,分析了集料的破碎程度和成型试件的试验条件等因素,得出了适用于沥青稳定碎石基层材料的旋转压实成型参数。As one of SHRP equipments, SGC has more and more applications on asphalt concrete pavement, and its technology becomes very fledged. The controlling condition is special when SGC is applied on base. Under the different press value, gyratory compacting number, asphalt content and other parameters, the degree of shattered coarse aggregates and the conditions of specimens mold are analysed, and the gyratory compacting molding parameters for asphalt treated base （ATB） material are obtained.
