摘 要:针对当今钢箱梁桥面铺装层普遍存在的不到设计使用年限就出现的推移、拥包等病害,提出环氧灌入式大空隙沥青混凝土钢箱梁桥面铺装方案。对环氧灌浆料初始粘度、初凝时间、收缩率、固化后的抗压抗折强度进行综合分析,确定了灌浆料的最优配合比,测定了灌入后大空隙沥青混凝土的马歇尔稳定度、动稳定度和灌注密实度,通过拉拔试验评价了该方案铺装层材料的抗推移能力。According to the phenomenon that the pavement has not reached the designed service life but appears the diseases such as process or apophysis exist in the steel box girder bridge deck pavement effectively, a new type scheme that anti-slipping pavement materials is provided by grouting epoxy resin in the OGFC. The viscosity with the time changing, initial setting time, shrinkage, and the compressive and flexural strength after solidification of the epoxy resin grouting materials are analyzed comprehensively, the optimization mix proportion of epoxy grouting materials is determined, the Marshall stability, high temperature stability and compactness of the OGFC after grouted are messured, the anti-slipping ability of the scheme provided in this paper through the experiment of drawing vertically is evaluated .
