摘　　要：本文介绍了某砌体结构房屋质量检测与抗震鉴定工作的主要内容、方法。采用软件计算与抗震鉴定标准中的相关方法进行了结构抗震验算,并简要分析了计算结果存在差异的原因,最后提出了相应的加固处理方法,以提高建筑物的抗震性能,从而保证房屋的安全使用。In this paper, the contents and methods of the masonry structure building quality examination and seismic resistance appraiser are briefly presented. The method of software check computations and the provisions of standard for seismic appraiser was taken to calculate the structure earthquaka resistance and to analysis the difference of structure seismic calculation. At last, some strengthening treatment measurements were put forward in the paper. This will improve the ability to resist earthquake and ensure the safe utilization of the building.
