摘 要:通过足尺模型试验,对2010年上海世博会园区预制预应力综合管廊接头的防水性能进行了较为系统的研究。结果表明,预制预应力综合管廊具有良好的接头防水性能,能够满足设计要求。基于试验结果,建立了遇水膨胀橡胶条压力计算公式,并拟合得到了遇水膨胀橡胶条的压力-变形关系式。在上述研究工作的基础上,提出了2010年上海世博会园区预制预应力综合管廊接头防水构造的优化建议,该建议已被工程设计采纳。The purpose of this paper was to investigate the waterproof behavior of the joints for precast prestressed municipal trnnel (PPMT). Waterproof test was conducted on a full-scale PPMT model. The test results showed that the joints of the PPMT behaved in good waterproof manner, and the water pressure resistance of the joints could meet the design requirement. A formulation was established to calculate the pressure of hydro-swelling rubber-sealing strip, and the pressure-deformation relationship of the hydro-swelling rubber-sealing strip was also fitted based on the test results. On the basis of the investigations, the optimization suggestion of waterproof structure for the PPMT joints in the 2010 Shanghai Expo area was proposed, which was implemented in the construction.
