摘　　要：财政政策对推进主体功能区建设具有重要作用,可以引导资源要素合理流动,促进经济快速发展,推进基本公共服务均等化。长春汽车产业区应作为主体功能区的重点开发区,财政政策要具体地为重点开发汽车产业区提供支持和服务。fiscal policy of the main functional area plays an important role in promoting the construction. It can guide the rational flow of resources, promote rapid economic development and promote the equalization of basic public services. Changchun auto industry area should be the main functional areas of the main functional development zone. Fiscal policy should specifically focus on the development of the automobile industry to provide support and services.
